The arrival of Molly Sarah Faith Billing
August 7th, 2008Our precious little baby girl was welcomed into the world on 07/08/2008 at 6:38am. We named her Molly Sarah Faith Billing.
It was a quick birth as we arrived at the hospital at 3:15am. Blake was sound asleep in bed so we called Grandma to come out so we didn’t have to take him out of the house. Apart from the sleep deprivation it was what I was hoping would happen because daddy was able to call Grandma at around 8am to say Molly was here and went home about 9am to be with Blake.
As it turned out it was Blake’s daycare day so daddy dressed Blake and took him to daycare and called in quickly to check on Mummy and Molly on the way back at 10am. He was then able to go home and rest for the afternoon after being awake since about 6:30am the day before. (Robert went to bed at 12.00am and I woke him up at 1:30am) He had about 30 minutes more sleep that I did. I think I went to bed about 10:30pm and was awake with what I thought could be a contraction at 12.00 (midnight) it turned out I was right. I stayed in bed until about 12.30 and yes I had 3 of them so got up and then couldn’t really get back in bed as laying down really hurt.

April 20th, 2008Blake’s bedroom
April 7th, 2008We spent yesterday re-arranging Blake’s room. We have taken the cot and changetable out of the room and he now has a toddler bed.
He is sleeping really well in the bed and stays in bed when we tell him it is bedtime so I am really happy with that. He also stays in bed when he wakes up and calls out to us so we go in and get him up for the morning.
Photo of Blake’s bedroom. Blake had a haircut with Daddy today and Mummy is 23 weeks pregnant with our new baby due 1 August 2008.

March 24th, 2008Easter Sunday - Chocolate Yum
March 24th, 2008Easter morning the Easter Bunny arrived and had lots of chocolate eggs waiting for Blake, Daddy and Mummy.
Blake had more fun taking the wrappers off the eggs rather than eating them. He is not a big fan of chocolate. He prefers jelly type lollies.
Then we took Blake on an Easter egg hunt that friends of ours organised. Blake had a lot of fun finding all the eggs and especially what was inside them. The little eggs had jelly easter bunnies and jelly beans, plus some chocolate eggs to share with daddy.

March 21st, 2008Wilsons Prom, Victoria
January 22nd, 2008We took a daytrip to Wilsons Prom as Robert’s cousins Eden and Samantha were visiting.
It was a long day but we had a fun time. We went to Squeaky beach where the sand squeaks when you walk on it. Then we went to tidal river.
Tidal river is a good place for toddlers to swim as not too deep and no waves. I believe the water level does change throughout the day though so we may have been lucky to go when it was shallow.
Christmas Day 2007
December 25th, 2007We spent the morning opening presents to each other at our house. Blake got a Mr Potato Head from (Daddy, Mummy, Billie & Rubin)
and a My First Remote control car from (Santa).
We then went to visit Robert’s dad in Moe, we didn’t stay long as he seemed very sleepy. We gave him a tray of Christmas goodies that we hope he enjoyed later. Homemade rum balls, m&m’s, a gingerbread man, shortbread.
Then went to Warragul to have a Christmas lunch and open more presents with my family. We told my family that we are expecting another baby early August 08. Due date at the moment is 3rd August 08. They were very happy for us.
And a silly photo of mummy with a big Toblerone, I won’t starve if I go on Survivor : ) Billie and Rubin got Smakos for Christmas and it came
with the Smakos bandana.
